Sewing Group
Each month a group of ladies from the church gather together at the church to complete sewing projects that can benefit local and international nonprofit organizations. They are currently working on quilts to donate to the local children's hospital. Join us from 9am-noon at the church.
Life Enrichment Center Lunch
On the Second Saturday of each month volunteers prepare, serve and clean-up lunch for the guests at the Life Enrichment Center at 425 N. Findlay Street. This is a great opportunity to provide physical and spiritual nourishment to people in need in our community. We meet at LEC at 9am and are usually finished about 1pm.
Note: The following YWCA projects are Sunday Sept. 15 from 1:00-4:30pm
YWCA Shelter Makeovers
We will be offering the residents of the battered women's shelter free hair and nail services to help brighten their day!
YWCA Shelter Kids Activities
Help us minister to the children living in the shelter. We will prepare games, a craft, and a snack to entertain the children while their moms are being pampered.
