Welcome to FCC Kids
We believe children (infant through 6th grade) must feel the love of God in a fun and safe environment every single week. This is a priority for us. Our volunteers and staff have a heart for this Ministry. Each volunteer and staff member are background checked and trained. We have a strict policy that a volunteer or staff member is never left alone with closed doors with a child. Our volunteers and staff create a safe, and age appropriate learning environment filled with fun and exciting things for children which keeps them engaged so they learn about Jesus in an intentional loving and creative way.
Because of the safety concerns of Covid-19 each room is cleaned and ready for your child to participate in an environment that is Covid-19 in mind. Classrooms are limited sizes, kids are social distancing, portable sinks to help encourage more handwashing, and rooms are disinfected after each service.

May 21, 2023 FCC Kid's & First Steps Preschool is hosting a FCC Kid's Fun night. This is a free event! Families drop off your children: ages 3-12. Every child must be preregister.

FCC Kid's is now open for 2023 Adventure Week registrations. Please note there is a new registration process.
Your first visit to FCC Kids
Before the service

If you are having difficulty in locating it please ask any one at the Next Steps Center area and they will assist you. At the kid's check-in desk you will meet one of our Safety Team Volunteers. You will be asked to complete a First Time Visitor Card so that we will know vital information about your child. Once completed, you and your child will be given matching ID tags before the team member assists your child in finding their age appropriate classroom. Resources for Families, Discipleship at Home
We understand that the individual family is the first teacher in a child's faith journey. Discipleship starts in the home. FCC wants to partner with families in prayer, resources, and support. In the journey of the Israelites to possess the land of Canaan, God set out to teach the Israelites a powerful lesson before they could enter into Canaan. In this land there were a number of evil influences that would threaten their spiritual health. Huge temptations loomed for their children. God wanted the families to teach the children to trust God, be patient to wait on God, to spend time in God's presence, to not fear, and above all to remember the great things God had done. Just as children today, they had temptations, traps, and influences that threaten their spiritual health. This is why God said in Deuteronomy 6:4-9
"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates."
God wants you to build relationship, share scriptures, and practice faith with your children. FCC is ready to partner with our family to help give you tools to be successful in being you child's spiritual leader.
